Architect: J.T. Golabowski
3500 Saint Luke Lane, Saint Ann - north County
1959
Stained Glass: Emil Frei Stained Glass Company
Design: Milton Frenzel & Robert Harmon
A rigidly geometric building, with rectiliniar forms overlapping and emerging one after the next. The tower strongly evokes the spirit of traditional structure of church buildings without being restrained by it. Originally built as the Church of St. Gregory the Great.
The stained glass figures are less stylized and more conventional than many of the company's works. Similar figures appear in the windows at St. Elizabeth Academy and the Immculate Heart of Mary Church.
Architect Golabowski also designed St. Hedwig's in south City.
