1219 Clinton Street
This house is another sole survivor on its block, but met with a less happy fate than its nearby neighbor on 13th Street.

May 2003: basically intact. The outline of a vanished neighbor is visible on the party wall. Photograph courtesy of Kevin Keiffer.

November 2007: suffering a serious roof collapse.

September 2008: Hit by brick rustlers.

September 2006

November 2005: roof collapse. As with the western side, the outline of the house next door can be seen on the red brick party wall, the last evidence of the densely built block this once was.

September 2006: east wall collapsed by the fierce summer storms of July 2006.

September 2008: hit by brick rustlers yet again. The house was finally demolished later that fall.
