Built: 1888
Architect: Issac Taylor; 1925 renovation by Klipstein and Rathmann.
Status: renovated into lofts, 2003.
Stately Romanesque commercial building, with a later Renaissance revivalist facade at the street.
Most recently home to United Missouri Bank; vacant from the 1990s till its recent convertion to loft apartments sporting exposed heavy timber columns.
