The Pennsylvania Building
217 N. 10th Street at Olive
Built: 1908
Architect: H.F. Roach
Four stories with offices above and stores at the street. The building's facade is handsomely articulated with bay windows and covered with gleaming cream terra cotta glazing.
In 2003, it became part of the downtown loft boom when its upper floors were renovated as lofts. A furniture store went into the ground floor at the same time.
