This thin building is strikingly similar in massing to
1128 Washington Avenue.
In the 1990s, it housed the club Excape in its ground floor, and later Oxygen. By 2004, the clubs were gone. The building underwent a condominium conversion in 2004, emerging as the Garment Row Lofts. It now houses the Washington Avenue Post restaurant at street level.
