1632 Delmar Avenue

This remarkable building, with its stepped gable parapet walls, stands on 17th Street at Delmar Avenue. It has been in use as office space for many years.

Delmar, as it crosses the teen streets, has a lot more vacant land than buildings. Scattered older survivors remain here and there.
