Summer 2001: two abandoned houses on the 1900 block of Palm, along with an occupied(?) neighbor.

May 2004: If it was occupied before, it's definately vacant now. Another worker's cottage; another candidate for the compact living specialty market. All three are still standing as of September 2006.

September 2006: The cottage has a new roof! Purchased by a serviceman, it is undergoing slow renovation. Work might progress faster if the new owner weren't station in Iraq.
