Driving east on Lindell from the Central West End takes one past an unparalleled streetscape
of apartment towers and fraternal buildings. It begins here, with the Medical Society building and the Moolah Temple.

The St. Louis Medical Society building was constructed in 1925 with funds from the city's physicians, and
is still home to the organization. It was designed by Albert Groves, who later designed the massive Masonic Temple
further east.
